Vos responsabilités
- Design data models for billing systems and implement a cross-departmental data collection framework to guarantee billing accuracy, high automation, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform operations in alignment with ETL processes, by utilizing tools such as Microsoft Access importers and Oracle Database.
- Develop, support, and improve a Java-based application (Alice web-reporting) within the Eclipse environment.
- Create and maintain web-based reports using the Alice web-reporting tool, using JavaScript.
- Utilize Microsoft Access for daily operations and data imports.
- Administer user permissions and access controls for a large user community.
- Contribute to Enterprise Data Architecture.
- Manage billing data by ensuring precise enrichment with contract and debit details within a cross-departmental data collection model.
Votre profil
- Degree in computer science or physics and at least 5 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Java programming and experience with Eclipse tool.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access.
- Experienced with ETL processes, strongly focusing on data staging area and sync job agents.
- Knowledge of web-based reporting tools, preferably written in JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex applications over an extended period.
- ODBC / DSN management (connection troubleshooting, config support)
- Strong attention to data integrity and mapping logic
- Understanding of relational data models
- Fluent English skills
